About the Journal

 

Biochemia Medica is the official peer-reviewed journal of the Croatian Society of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine. Journal provides a wide coverage of research in all aspects of clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine. Following categories fit into the scope of the Journal: general clinical chemistry, haematology and haemostasis, molecular diagnostics, immunology, analytical toxicology, neurobiochemistry, endocrinology, analytical techniques, laboratory organization, automation, quality control and evidence based laboratory medicine. Development and evaluation of novel analytical methodologies applicable to clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine are welcome as well.
 
Authors are invited to contact the Editorial Board, if in doubt about any aspect of scope, format or content of a proposed contribution.
 
Publication frequency: three issues per year (February 15th, June 15th, October 15th).
